I second this. When I hit an enemy, blood comes out, yet I don't hit them.

Never happens to me...except the only time it does matter, when it's a backstab and it does no damage or does regular damage and the guy turns around.

I think that has to do with your latency to the server.
Which is one of the reasons for facestabs :o

Crafted weapons have # tags on them so peopel can oggle over their Cow Mangle 5000 #69 or something like that.
They don't actually appear in game, only on backpack viewers.
