WHY would you ever craft a scout hat like that? I don't even think there is a hat worth more than 4 refined for the scout that's craftable!

I'd just take the 4 ref and buy a scout hat off of someone. Keep a ref (I believe the best non-v scout hat is 3 ref atm)

i really wanted a hero's tail or hermes but i literally couldnt find anyone that was selling those, so i was like, f that, i'm making my own

lesson learned; never pray to god when crafting a hat
