I got the Amputator for Medic.

I have been using it with great effect for AoE healing teammates.

Ubersaw is the way to go if you have skill.

It's good, but I push my Medic into full-on supporting mode. I don't really think he should fend for himself past the Overdose, which I'm pretty good with.

The Amputator can solidify the front line and make it harder for the enemy to break.
