Scout has a grenade that coats the enemy in magic that lets people be healed by shooting them, you already have your wish.

And the soldier and demoman only carry 24 rockets and 20 grenades, respectively.

giving the scout a grenade would leave an exploit as there is a blowback effect from explosions. this would, if the scout had a force-a-nature and an atomizer, allow him to like a quintuple (?) jump
