It doesn't really require any skill but it's pretty good for clearing out sentry nests or getting past a lot of enemies. Good for charging, imo.

It's the exact same as a normal flame thrower other than no airblast.
I hardly use airblast anyway and the 'Mpmhm' taunt is great.

Or maybe I just have a different play style. Just because I have a different play style to you guys doesn't make it automatically the wrong way, I've noticed some of you do this a lot; when someone uses a specific weapon or something to you, it's apparently the wrong choice. I like playing with this flame thrower, I have fun with it. Sure sometimes it's not the BEST choice but I'm having fun. Isn't that what this game is for?

When I played the Xbox version (it still isn't as good as PC lol) I had to make do with no airblast. I still did fine.

Airblast is used to deflect rockets, clear away stickybombs, hinder ubers, extinguish teammates, and block enemy progress. It's an indispensable ability and should never be relinquished.

Yes but I'm not good with air blast. I find being able to refill health and crit much more useful. For you, it may be much better to have air blast and that's fine. Just don't try and tell me which is better for myself.
