Why not just heal them?

Well, you could leave a Medkit lying around for your ally, and then run off to heal others. You could put some in an Engie nest, or toss them just behind the front lines.

You can heal people who need health while still keeping your front line safe with normal healing function. I think it's a good idea.

The packs are simply there for when people actually need them. Lower risk of dying as medic.

This game nearly got me banned forever from my computer. Goddamn voice chatters in high CPU fullscreen games. My computer (YES, I COULDN'T EVEN CTRL+ALT+DELETE) was literally not responding to anything and I fixed it by turning the PC off at the button TWICE.

I now officially hate playing on high-ping trade servers with loads of voice chatters.

You need a good graphics card to play this game.

turn the voice receive volume lower

Also, my new Medigun idea, i need feedback

The Life-Saver (i don't have a good name for it yet)
Level 5 Medigun
Right-click to drop a medium size medkit, however doing so costs 10% Ubercharge
Regular Uber
-10% Charge Rate
Desc.: A Medigun capable of producing medkits and delivering them.

The medkits would spawn about a foot in front of the Medic after you right-click, anyone would be able to pick them up, could be useful it you're burning and there are no medkits around/ too many teammates low from burn damage and on fire.

We actually have a similar mod on the MAD servers

Right-clicking with a Medigun without full Uber empties part of it in the form of a medkit drop

0-25% does nothing
25-50% removes 25% and drops a small medkit
50-75% removes 50% and drops a medium medkit
75-99% removes 99% and drops a large medkit

I'm not entirely sure on the percentages, the lowest boundary might be 20%

My idea for the new medi gun was 'The Multi-Medi'

Basically it's a medi-gun with three shooter holes. You can heal up to three people at a time (a button to cancel all healing targets should be in place). The downside is, no overhealing. You can uber three people at a time but if you are healing one/two people uber time is halved (another general downside). If you are ubering three people you get a third of uber time.

Or should it be if you uber only one person they still get full? I thought that would make it OP. :/

Would be cool if it gave mini crits and a small defensive buff

This seems like a direct upgrade of the Quick Fix

You can manually switch targets and Uber different people yourself anyway

but can you uber and heal them all at once?

You can have two targets Ubered at the same time easily, three with minimal periods of vulnerability

Three simultaneous, flawless Ubers would be overkill even with the decreased duration and having the ability to heal three targets at once - regardless of the downsides, but especially due to the lack of overheal - would effectively turn the Medic into a glorified mobile Dispenser

I can't believe anybody plays games without headphones.

I think the Multi-Medi concept would be better off with only two healing targets. Three seems too... much in my mind.

Plus, only cutting a third of the Uber is too powerful. It should slice it in half each Uber, so two would be 4 seconds, while three would be 2 seconds.

And a two-second Uber just isn't going to do anything.

lwould effectively turn the Medic into a glorified mobile Dispenser
And that's a bad thing?
