Drop the Soda Popper for either FaN or Scattergun. Most like the latter. Drop the Bonk! for the Pistol, or the Winger if you have good aim.

The only good Banner is the Buff. The defensive buff of the Backup is not outweighed by the minicrits. The Concheror is simply horrid.

Get rid of the SVF - it's good, but the Degreaser and Reserve Shooter were bult for the Axtinguisher. Seriously, you will be amazed.

Oh god not the Ullapool. Use the bottle.

Natascha is awful after the big debuff. Use literally anything else.

Engie's okay.

Drop the Crossbow, use the Blutsauger.

Sniper is decent enough.

Spy is good.

bonk is only good for getting out of being on fire/tough situations (milk would make a better secondary in some cases)
ullapool is good if you don't use your melee much or you need to kill someone quick without reloading (such as heavies)
natascha is only good for slowing advancements from high positions
other than that it's useless
crossbow is best medic primary when using medieval medic set (completely negates afterburn damage)
