Unless you have an absolute monster of a player on your team who is getting all of the frags, medic should always be highest on the scoreboard. This is because medics get points for healing, ubercharging, and get double the points of other classes for assists. If you're not top of the scoreboard, ask yourself which you are missing out on. Are you hanging too far back and not getting those assist points? Are you dying too much and not being able to get those ubercharges off for those points? Are you out of position and unable to heal your team regularly for points? If you identify where you're missing out, play the next few lobbies concentrating just on that area.
