IMO stop caring about unusual effects.
You could have 2 hats and 4 keys or 1 hat.

Both choices won't make you any better, so go with quantity over quality.
Besides nearly all the effects suck and are only there for internet bragging rights.

if you know where health packs are, they're loving godsend
hell, even if you don't, you should be able to find a medic on the frontlines
