Children in Skyrim?

I just now caught this. A previous issue of GameInformer, presenting an article on the upcoming title The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, told readers of a feature in which, upon dropping an item into the world, NPCs may either get into a fight over who gets to take it home, or, according to the interviewee from Bethesda who gave the information, "A child may come up and attempt to give it back to you." Was this a slip, or are there going to be children in Skyrim?

There were children in the past two Fallout games, so it seems highly likely that children will be in Skyrim as well.

Children are dragons in disguise.
I really hope you can kill them if they are in the game, but I could live without that ability. I mean, killing a child's entire family and leaving them alone is a lot worse than just giving them a quick death.

This is why I always get these type of games for PC. If they're not killable someone will make a mod so they are.

And if that's the case, everybody will assume that murdering children is the only feature in that game. Nothing else, you just get a sword and are asked to slaughter children.
