maybe in some handicapped countries where they ban every other game, movie, and song. like australia and germany i wouldn't be surprised.
but in the better part of the world we arent that lame.

I heard its against law to be able to kill children in video games.

In Germany and Australia they ban games like that from being sold. Mostly because it only takes a little bit of animated violence to turn a German into a national socialist, or an Australian into a criminal.

Child prostitutes. It'd be easier to beat them up and take your money back.

I actually couldn't care less if Bethesda decided to put invincible children in Skyrim.
I'll mercilessly slaughter everyone else, sure, but not children. I don't mind them.
Except in Fable when they constantly scream in my ear and run away from me.

I remember killing everyone in Megaton in Fallout 3 except the kids of course and they just got in the way and ruined the whole 'deserted town' atmosphere.
