LOL these are awesome. The Shining Laser can barley be spammed, it has to charge and cool down...and the hi-blast can only bounce in a room.

Most likely they won't.  Maybe the Hi-Blast, that causes more lag then the Shining Laser.

Make them less destructive and overpowered. These could be used to lag up a server/ restrict people's vision.

Its no where near the mininuke. Shining Laser Cannon explosion is 5x bigger than the mini nuke explosion.

Oh, you most certainly can spam the SLC. Maybe not at full power, but you can blow the stuff out of people by spamming this. I tried a DM over LAN with my brothers, and one of them kept spamming this and killing me. And my other brother. So. loving. Annoying.

The SLC was originally a Mini-Nuke edit, that I'll admit. That was almost 2 years ago. Back then, it was only color changes to the particles copy-pasted from one of Ladios's guns, horridly recorded sounds, and a recolored spat model. Since then the code has been entirely re-written, the model was made, the sounds were replaced, and new textures were made. I completely remade this gun. The only thing that remained the same from the original SLC is the explosion ring emitter.
