Author Topic: Best/Worse 100% Game Awards  (Read 1137 times)

Theres good ones. Awesome ones and bad ones. Most games with 100% completion only gives you a longer ending while others give you a item/weapon witch you can only get for getting EVERYTHING in the game.

Examples:

If you get all of the stars in super Mario 64 then beat ultimate bowser again, He will say saything else.

Getting 101% in donkey Kong 64 will get you a VERY BORING ending then the normal ending.

In most Legend of Zelda games, Getting 100% wont change the ending or get you a new area/item. But the hardest Zelda game to get 100% on is Wind Waker, You have to take photos of every enemy and character and you can only hold up to 3 at once, there are OVER 300 CHARACTERS in the game. Good luck with that.

Getting all 100 jiggies in Banjo-Kazooie will extend the ending, Mumbo will say some secrets in the game and talk about the next game, Banjo-Tooie.

Spyro 3 had by far the best 100% Award, If you go to the last lobby area, You will find money bags, the greedy money bear. You meet him throughout the game to lower a bridge, Rise platforums and other stuff. He will say he has a egg and is going to sell it back at his home world, He will then say you are looking at him weird. He then makes a run for it, Charge into him multiple times until you get every dam gem he took from you.

Now i want to play spyro.

Oh god i hated that guy taking all my gems >:(

In every Metroid game (except the gay ones like Metroid Pinball, which I'm not familiar with but honestly they might include this too if they construed some stupid "story" into the pinball game) you get endings (or ending pictures. I'm looking at you, Zero Mission) of varying detail, length, and shock value, in some cases (first Metroid game when Samus is revealed as a chick) based on how complete the game is when you finish it.

Also, I used to play Donkey Kong 64  a stuffton, but someone remind me, how is it that you get 101%?

Found it online- photographing all the Banana fairies if anyone was interested.

First game I 100%'d was Spyro 2, you got infinite fireball breath for any save file you created from that point on, as well as the 100% file

Every time you beat any of the metal gear games you get new item(s) for the next time you play

First game I ever 100%'d was Stuart Little 2 and i forgot what happened.

you had to collect every
damn
thing

even every fishy cracker in every level

Prototype - You can restart the game again with all your powers from when you beat it.

Blockland Main Adventure Mode - The ability to use the console on any server.

Yoshi's Island wins.
Even after you beat the game, there are still 10 extra levels to unlock. Okay, you've beat those too. But wait! Get 100% on all of them, and entire new gamemode is unlocked! Sounds fun. But nah. It gets boring. Except that there are cheat codes that unlock even more fun content hidden on various levels. Oh, and GBA version has unlockable bonus games for score milestones as well.

I got Yoshi's Island in first grade and it is STILL fun.

Minecraft. Allows me to make diamond stuff.

Minecraft. Allows me to make diamond stuff.
It's a sandbox game.
You can't 100% a sandbox game.

Ratchet and clank Size matters.

I liked Metroid Prime's %100, it let you play the original Metroid, extended the ending, and gave you some concept art

the thing is, if you miss a one-time scan, you can never go back and get it.
