Yeah I guess I was wrong. It's like 10 or 15 to get an elo but you can see your ELO if you enter any lobbys even if you are still "Unranked"

You dont. Basic ap caster runes work perfectly. CDr is waste.

More like I just bought all the CDR glyphs before realizing I would have much rather spent that IP on different champs or other runes.

Master Yi jungle/AP buff. Lee Sin nerfed AGAIN. Mini cho'gath buff (He is pretty slow) Ryze has been changed? Not sure of the math but it might be a damage nerf, buff or it's just pretty similair but he does get movement speed from ult now. Warwick nerf, saw that coming. AP Soraka nerf? I blame dignitas. Talon buff, I might buy him now.
