Also Cho'Gath is an AP tank, you want to rush a Rod of Ages, then get a Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Look at the enemy team, which do they have more of AD or AP? if AD get a Randuin's Omen, if they have more AP get a Force of Nature. Then an Abyssal Scepter. Then look and see who is beating the stuff out of your team, if it's an AD get a Warmog's Armor then a Banshee's Veil. If it's an AP get a Banshee's and then get a Rabadon's Deathcap.

i've never played him, but it seems like you need to build a bit of tank. stack your feast up to six and you're guaranteed you'll never die, so you won't lose your stacks. it seems like the only use for cho'gath is to knock the enemy up into the air so your teammates can get the forget out of there/get the forget in there and kill them
The way to play him is a tanky AP nuker, I can burst down a carry in 3 seconds. Q, W, R, autoattack until dead/repeat
