Garen isn't a tank. Everyone has a bad game and Ryze is kind of forgeted up in terms of his damage to towers due to the fact that he scales off mana. You didn't even bother looking at assists.

I find having around 250mr 250armor with garen pretty tanky thanks to his passive on E, Then add atmas to that hp and hes good

Also about you crying on me dying as tank, Dude "TANK" is supposed to take the damage and tank the towers duhhhhh
