It was my third flight on a new save, so I decided to go to Minmus and get some SCIENCE!

Then the Mun rose over the horizon, and I thought "huh. That's neat." Then I saw Kerbin rising too, making this a double planetrise over Minmus.

install Distant Object Enhancement, still (mostly, just gotta turn off flares) works for .24.2 and makes everything look awesome.

Seventh flight on the new save now.  It would have been the fifth but two decided to go out of control; luckily nobody died.

Sixth flight: Exited the Kerbin system to get more SCIENCE!
Seventh flight: Münar kethane scanning station.  Before I got bored of waiting, I scanned basically every pocket of kethane on the Mün.

So yeah, basically I left the Kerbin system before I landed on either of Kerbin's moons.  Where's the fun in following standard linear progression?

so i built an f-15 with mostly stock parts and 7 b9 parts
uses far and looks good from anywhere but the top

Eigth flight: So Science 5 has enough ΔV to enter a polar orbit over Kerbin, and theoretically has enough to land... except I moroned the flight up and now I don't have enough to land.  Or enough to do anything at all, because I have no fuel.

I had Bill get out and try to push it out of orbit, because getting stuck in Kerbin orbit is embarrassing.  That and I don't want to leave debris in orbit.

happened to me too except i got the sun, kerbin, and moon in one shot

took a photo and put it on my school locker

Woke up and decided to rescue Bill, so I launched a slightly modified Science 5 that has a probe core to fly it instead of a crewmember.

Ninth flight, launched into an equatorial orbit like an idiot.
Tenth flight, launched into a polar orbit, was in a phase orbit, and was ready to set up the intercept.  Had run out of electric charge because I failed to deploy my solar panels like a MORON.

Except the rescue craft is in too perfect a place, so I refuse to fail now.  I've sent Bill out on EVA to try to intercept the Science 5 rescue craft.  I'll probably forget that up too.  At least he can't run out of electric charge and become uncontrollable.

UPDATE: We have fuel, we have power, Bill can head home!  I've never done an EVA rendezvous with anything before, so this was a nice challenge.  Actually rendezvousing with it once I got relatively close proved to not be too hard - my hours of rescuing people in Realistic Space Mod have paid off.

Yeah, all my shared folders and files stopped being accessible for some stupid-ass bullstuff non-reason.  Some of them have fixed themselves now, but it's still a loving pain in my ass.
