The download is corrupt, which happens when the server load is too heavy. Either redownload from the site, or download from mediafire.

Hopefully soon. There IS a runway in the game right now, and C7 parts pack has a ton of aircraft components, so you can build airplanes with that. 0.11 should come out in October and will have massive improvements. They are trying to get the game mechanics done first. Thats the most important thing. They should focus on the game itself and THEN add other functionality. You don't have to play the game right now. You can wait until the full finished version is out. (You can preorder too)
