I only have the L96 but I'd say the few times I've used the M98 it was definitely a good gun

The M98 is only good in certain situations.
All the other bolt snipers do incredibly well with an 8x scope and a straight pull bolt, but it doesn't really work with the M98.

Tanks definitely weren't nerfed, they're still utter rape machines. I dunno about the LAV's because I barely play on maps that have them. RPG's might have been nerfed, but still are really effective.

lavs don't seem to be nerfed, i used them a few weeks ago and went like 26-8, felt like it was op

C4 was nerfed?

I put 6 C4 on the road on Kharg Island, and when a tank drove over them I blew the C4 and I only disabled the tank

It also took me 7 RPG's to destroy a tank when I was capturing the forest in Caspian Border

lavs work fine the atgm destroys tanks and the cannon is a finisher

can't imagine what went wrong with the C4
but for the RPG thing, a guy was probably repairing it
or you thought you hit it some times, when you didn't actually hit it
try hitting them in the back though. it makes a really big difference

the guy who's tank I disabled got away because I was pretty far away from the blast hoping I would destroy the tank

And there was only 1 guy in the tank and I was still getting hit markers
Unless he has maintenance of reactive armor or something

yeah
if a guy was repairing it, then he's not going to be in the tank
but even with maintenance, the only way that'd really make a difference would be if you were waiting a long time to fire, and the reactive armor would only protect him once (unless he was being smart, and turned around after you shot him)
