It's completely unrealistic.  And if you don't want realism go play something else, stop asking here where you've been given a perfectly fine answer three times now.

it's completely unrealistic to be able to take 3 bullets to your body and have no ill effects after waiting one minute. it's completely unrealistic to have a hud. it's completely unrealistic to die from one knife slash. it's completely unrealistic to level up. it's completely unrealistic to have to unlock gun attachments.
do i need to go on?

yes. hell, i'd be fine with rocketjumping taking away 95% of your health as long as you can do it. it'd be a step in the right direction
