Shoot infantry and don't bother with the tanks, if you get a lock try to move behind an object like a building or some sort of terrain.

I like how so many of the players in this game underestimate your field of view as a tank. There was this one guy who would literally come up a few feet in front of me and place a landmine on the road. Most of the time I shoot the guy while he's trying to place it, then I blow the mine out of the ground if he does lay it.

T-90 or americrap tank
I think I did a 26-0 in a t-90 on firestorm, those things are great and pretty much the entire enemy team used stingers and I have a good method of killing tanks

The least they could do is make it so you cant mortar from your own base, so that people are actually able to track down and kill the mortar-er person guy whatever.

Mortar has limited range, so you have to be within ~150m of the mortarer.
