Yes it was the most annyoing assault rifle before the FAMAS.
High ass firing rate , too high damage and still accurate with heavy barrel.
Ugh that thing is no assault rifle anymore... it's a damn Carbine/PDW/assault rifle fusion.

Well only because someone sucks with a gun doesn't mean it's useless.
In such cases this someone is useless with the gun.

No, not at all, statistically this gun sucks. This gun has the same damage as the aek or f2000 but is less accurate (with sight down) then both of them and has a slower fire rate. The only thing I have found good about this weapon is that it may be more accurate in hip fire (idk it just feels like it) and the reload time is somewhat fast.

In bfbc2 though it was badass.

The asval is Gear' 9th favorite weapon and he's only used it in a few matches. He already has 112 kills with it; however, stats say it's a mediocre weapon.
