From what i've found out Battlefield Premium will include:

all dlc's (when they come out)

2 week early access to the dlc's

10 exclusive soldier camos and gun camos

5 exclusive assignments

Tips & Tricks from DICE

and if you try to join a game and are put into a queue you're automatically moved to the front

All for only 50$

if you try buying all dlc's separately it'll cost i think $75 so ya, it's worth it
