I can't seem to run Age of Empires II (My favorite RTS of all time) without switching my monitor out with my old xp monitor.
If I don't I get that message about my graphics not being able to initialize or some crap.
I've googled this for hours and all I've ever seen is Microsoft's Admins giving their generic answers such as
"Reinstall Direct x 9" or "Run as administrator" And none of that ever works.
But I have been able to get it to run on my computer by switching out monitors.
Problem is, my old monitor is stuff, its very run down, And in general, is heavy as forget. So I'd like to know, is there an actual way to run this amazing game with win 7?
Spec time.
