Yes. However, the wait it is written in the OP makes it seem like the 9+3 is in the denominator.
And YES, I understand that normally there would be extra brackets. But thats how calculators work, not the brain.
If it were a denominator, I think Sev would have been nicee enough to put it underneath the problem, as would any typical math problem.
Then in that case, being / means to divide, it would be 48 divided by 2(9+3) which would still equal 2.
That would actually make sense because division is after multiplication. Well stuff.
