It's not that hard to make some antimatter, hold it in a gravity-regulated vacuum and launch something into it when you want to use it.

Constellation Foederatarum News

- Today, due to expanding population, the decision has been made to build into the sky. A tower, with 110 floors, is being constructed in New Luxem. The building can withstand earthquakes up to 9 on the Richter scale, and has elevators that can travel up to 330 feet per minute, via special magnet technology. It will also have two helipads on the roof, big enough to accommodate two V-22 Osprey helicopters in case of an emergency evacuation. Many people are wondering what will happen if a fire breaks out, but the building is equipped with a massive fire suppression system. Water can be pumped through over a billion sprinkler heads at an incredible rate, and the pipes are heavily reinforced. Several of these new towers, along with smaller but still massive towers, are being built. The towers will contain 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments, and maybe condominiums. The prime minister says that if worse comes to worst, there is still more land available.
