I use my middle finger.
By choice, I dont like to use my index, cause it feels funny. And because of the fast weapon switch thing

Omg now that I tried it I can't stop using it.
It's so comfortable.

Middle. If I used any other fingers I wouldn't be able to click things whilst scrolling. Not that I ever did that to begin with but I don't like that feeling that I have to stop everything else while I'm scrolling.  I have my ring finger constantly over the right button, so I don't have to reposition anything when I scroll.

Also, scrolling with my index pushes my middle finger downward. So it makes me right click if I scroll that way.
