I prefer them to look like reptiles. I would have preferred for them to go more for Morrowind's style, it made sense that they had crazy claws and stuff and couldn't use hand/foot armor.

It was overpriced and useless, perhaps the most so of any DLC ever created.

If it let you use weapons/magic on horseback, it would have been infinitely better.
