Actually, a speed runner. There's quite a difference. Tourney cigarettes can't speed run since they're too busy trying to 360 noscope while balancing an Intervention off their massive e-peens. Speed runners just exploit stuff to finish the game in the time it would take me to finish character creation + the tutorial in Oblivion.

Ah well they are easy to confuse. As there is tourney cigarettes that try to complete resident evil 3 in under 2 hours with just a knife.

Nearly identical, but the thing is that guy didn't actually cheat. He just used the scroll and managed not to kill himself.
In most other games, it involves some exploit like breaking through the map boundaries.

Use  slowfall 1 pt spell/enchantment before you hit the ground

EDIT:
Slowfall 1 pt on self actually negates all fall damage while having almost no visible effect on falling speed
