I still get <10 fps once the emperor comes in the cells and talks to me.
I have no clue what is causing this because I had just started from a completely fresh install this morning.

There isn't anything that could cause this unless there are Oblivion files other than the ones in the main folder and the documents folder.

Try making a new character and just go to the Testing hall. If it doesnt lag you, then it has something to do with the emperor or something.
If it does, I dunno what to tell you.

I remember in oblivion I found the mace of doom/secret place stuff without even looking at a tutorial- all completely by accident. I deleted all the expansions on xbox and forgot to redownload them, i was in the frostcrag spire and when I loaded it up, I was in complete darkness besides one tiny far light.

Walked towards it, secret place find, mace of doom get, along with a forgetTON of those oblivion gate balls (?) that let you enchant stuff or something x)

So i dupe them and fill the guard towers to the brim with them.

Just leave it in somebody's home and they'll eat it eventually.
Very soon if you take all of their other food.
Also you can reverse pickpocket them and they'll eat it.

You know what annoys me? The bitch you need to talk to is in the middle of nowhere. You can only talk to her at a certain time during the day and if you mess that up you can't wait around because you will either burn to death by the sun or have her become hostile because she won't let you stay in her house.

I handled my vampirism by only waiting/sleeping when there was someone nearby to feed on because forget sun damage
