64. I have Windows 7 64, 4GB ram, I haven't crashed ONCE.
Why would you crash?
64 bit or 32 bit should have no impact on your computer crashing.

This is a support topic, don't confuse OP with dumb jokes.

A 64-bit processor is better than a 32-bit processor because it can handle bigger numbers without splitting them into smaller chunks. Of course, this can only be utilized with a 64-bit operating system. Also, if the graphics card in your computer doesn't have drivers for Windows 7 64-bit, it most likely doesn't have a 64-bit processor.
So basically a 64-bit works faster?
Doesn't this make the 64-bit better by default?  :panda:

64 but if you want to play old 16 bit games 32 bit is the way to go

Id say 64 bit if you have more RAM.
Max4344 I was able to play 16 bit games on a Windows 7 laptop before it died.

64 bit

because its larger than 32 therefore its better

By your logic Windows 98 > Windows 7

By your logic Windows 98 > Windows 7
Yes.
What's your argument?

32 bit for me because it has more programs compatible that I use. But if I were to upgrade, I'd go for 64.

By your logic Windows 98 > Windows 7
Isn't Windows 9x & Windows ME 32-bit?

Yeah, if your hardware is compatible.

Yeah but windows 2000 was the best operating system until windows 3000 came out a thousand years later.
