Does anyone know if the faction armor bug is fixed? It could essentially be a game breaking bug to some.

What it does is that let's say you wore some faction clothes that NCR is an enemy towards however you wore it out in the wasteland with no NCR member around. You take the faction clothes off, put on your NCR clothes and then when you fast travel to NCR. They will attack you for no reason.

You need to completely remove all faction armor before putting new faction armor on.

From what I've heard even if you completely remove all faction armor the bug will still persist.

Are you on the computer?
If it happens to you there's probably a console command that lets you remove the effect.

Fallout 3 seems to be a lot more serious to me. New Vegas has all these lights and expensive hotels and all that, the Capital Wasteland was directly hit by bombs so it's so much more bleak. I love it, it's very immersive. Especially in the metro.

Yay, someone else who likes the subways

I love the metro. It's loving scary.
Turn your Pip-Boy radio and light off and you've got a horror movie.

The only bugs I get in NV are dead scorpions' bodies being stretched across the entire map trying to follow me

Fallout: New Vegas was everything that you would expect in Fallout 1 and 2. Bethesda forgeted all that up and just made stiff characters that feel like cardboard.

I personally enjoy bugs. They make the game less realistic of course, but they're fun to trigger.

Game breaking bugs?

Game breaking bugs?
Game-breaking bugs can go die in a hole.
I'm talking about things like harmless graphical and audio glitches, exploits, and the like.

exploits
Abusing bugs is bad and you should feel bad.

Well I've played New Vegas for five minutes. My game froze for 3 seconds, everything turned into rainbow pixels and then it went back to normal. Oh and for some reason this dog's eyes are missing and it's floating off to the side.

Oh and when I went to pick up some ammo it fell through the floor.

Sounds like a personal problem because I've never heard my friends complaining about any of that. lol
