Yeah, sadly you cant trust him.

But if you're a girl and have the Black Widow perk you can have love with him and kill him. (My favorite)

Hes inside of Ceasers tent.
If hes not in there, you probably have to speak to house.

Does Caesar have a specific tent, or is it just one of the general legion tents? :u
Also, I fought my way through to the Weather Station. Was I supposed to go a different way? :c
