Would robbing the Gun Runners be worth it? I can take them. Plus you don't have Karma with them so they can't hate you, and I read that they stop being hostile in 24 game hours.

But like, do they restock on what guns I steal and such?

The shed thing is completely sealed.

I only went in there to quickly steal the weapon manufacturing specification and get out.

There is no notable loot in there at all.

I think its stupid that you have to be like... lvl 16 to get a sniper though.

Varmint rifle + Scope.

I used wild wasteland and bought it in goodsprings.

I'm at lvl14 and I'm using a Gobi Campaign Sniper Rifle.

You can get the Gobi early, just increase your lockpick skills alot then go to the Sniper's Nest.
