Meh I prefer Fallout 2.
In Fallout 1 you have a time limit.
No you don't. you just have to get it in time. go to necropolis and figure it out.

Just get the waterchip and the time limit goes away.

I don't see how that makes him not a classic cigarette.
You are the one who came in here talking about how you hate turnbased gameplay. Bethesda cigarette.

Unless you are playing the un-patched version.

Unless you are playing the un-patched version.
You have to take the chip back to your vault, then you are stuck fighting the mutant army for the rest of the game, which is untimed if I remember, however the world gets screwed over if you move at a snails pace.

In the un-patched version you had 400 days to take care of the master's army before they invaded the vault and you got the master ending, even less if you gave the coordinates of your vault to the water caravan. The world gets forgeted if you whip out one mutant city then wait a week.

So just patch the game and you are good to go. I'm sure can find it on the No Mutants allowed website.

But then the question comes up as why you are playing with the un-patched version?

I'm playing the patched version. Version 1.1 and higher have the mutant attack time limit removed. So if you are playing a patched version then either something was installed wrong, or you are playing some bootleg version.

My loving amazing loot!

Also it's possible to get the holy hand grenade. no errors for me.

Wait is fallout tactics any good?
I tend not to like games like that so i'm just making sure

stuff, the original fallout was more brutal than the new fallout games. The entire time it's getting the waterchip before your vault perishes but at the same time a mutant army is coming to kill you and you are unsuspected of it.

Yes it is, I've found it once in a special encounter.

I really did not enjoy fallout 1 or 2. I enjoyed the gameplay of 3 and new vegas but they felt kind of rushed, especially new vegas

They felt rushed?
Didn't Fallout 3 take 2-4 years to make?

There were a lot of things that could have been better I feel, don't get me wrong I really enjoyed the game
