Christine from Dead Money is Veronica's lover.

So how do I fix my problem? Would putting my PC on 16-bit color help?

Lord Tony: hey did you notice
Lord Tony: Bethesda's fallout 3 is nothing like Van Buren
Lord Tony: and New Vegas is incredibly similar to Van Buren
Lord Tony: meaning technically New Vegas is the true fallout 3.
snot :I: duno
snot :I: need more cyotes to nuke :c
Lord Tony: Whatever bro, Fallout 3 is a spin-off man.
Lord Tony: New Vegas ties in with the original story better.

i get messed up colours on fallout 2, its like a rainbow
thats normal. and unfixable as far as i know.

the holodisks say that i need to dress up as a hooker and go on a massacre on the strip
sounds good to me! who's this "benny" guy anyways?
The guy who shoots you in the head.

when ever i talk to someone or shoot a gun or do an something the sound is delayed sometimes it doesnt never comes but oddly when i was talking to hayes it came for me no delay at all.... odd?

May be a lag problem.

Don't you mean that Van Buren was the true Fallout 3? Van Buren would come first, chronologically.

I was able to kill Benny and all his bodyguards on the third try with 70 melee and a toothpick called a switch blade. Did I break the game?

I don't see how that would break it. :s
also: I don't know if I should take over New Vegas with Yes Man at my side, I feel that I haven't done enough around NV, but then again I do feel like seeing the ending when you side with Yes Man. Halp. :c

>walk into gomorrah
>refuse to give up weapons
>get in huge gunfight
>1 hour later
>all bodies in fire pit in middle of casino floor, decapitated and without limbs
>walk out nonchalant

I discovered two fixes for Fallout 2 about a year ago.

One of them is to right click on your Fallout 2 desktop shortcut, go to properties, run program in compatibility mode for Windows XP(service pack 2), Run in 256 colors, Run in 640x480 Screen Resolution, Disable Visual Themes, and run as Administrator. Hit and ok and launch the game from that modified icon, then while the screen is still black, quickly right then left click and do nothing else.

Or if you do feel like doing that you could change your screen resolution to 16-bit. Also if you try both fixes and they both work try spreading the word about them please.

If no success, try this mod http://nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=1362 (not recommended for steam version) .

It seems to me New Vegas is Obsidian's fallout 3. New Vegas should had been named Fallout 3 from the start.
Originally, Interplay/Black Isle Studios was going to release Fallout 3. It would be like New Vegas, except set further in the past, before the NCR/Brotherhood clashes. It was YOU which would decide whether the NCR or the Brotherhood of Steel won the battle.
But it all went down the drain, and Bethesda bought their game and made their Fallout 3, which barely resembled the originals.

Well expect Bethesda's Fallout 4 to be nothing like the original fallout games.

Fallout 3 is the spin off and New Vegas is the direct sequel, Bethesda got it backwards.
