So is this using the L4D2 engine? The shading looks similar along with other things.

Most of what was new with portal 2, hopefully the trippy portal_door entities will stay.

It's only open to people who visited Valve's booth at PAX this year, unfortunately. They handed out private keys to everyone who visited it.
