Its when it never stops bombing, it just gives you unlimited stealth bombers by just doing the glitch.

Try a Silenced SMG with a bit of range to it. Try to get extreme conditioning with it so you can get around the map faster. Some stealthy perks like assassin or dead silence also help avoid detection.
