For the Quickdraw Pro challenge, what does "kills with offhand weapon" mean?

no. it uses the Quickdraw Pro boost, which is throwing equipment faster. I've gotten it using throwing knives, so that's what it means. Sleight of Hand Pro's challenge uses actual weapon switches.

I think the easiest survival map is either Dome or Arkaden

Arkaden is extremely easy to survive

You camp down under where the escalators are in burger town. You place a machine gun sentry in burger town on the right and a grenade sentry in the plant in the far left corner. Then you are able to camp into burger town with your friend which also makes it easier to revive friends. People can climb over the counter buts its really difficult, dogs on the other hand have no problem.

Yea but it gives you an advantage when there's about 3 of them and your behind them. You can pick them off without the others knowing. Plus since half the gun fights in this game are close quarters the range decrease doesn't effect much.

i use silencers on every gun. who needs high damage when you can kill without them knowing where you are.

actually, the most recent patch makes ALL LMG's kill in three bullet or less, with or without silencers, so they're suddenly usable. and at all ranges, w/ or w/out silencer
