The only issue I see with having multiple spriters is a horrendous case of style clashing.
Other than that it helps you get more stuff finished I guess.

Let's take a quick look.

The living armour sprites have a grey outline for grey armour, simple enough.
Yet the dragons have a solid black outline, which will look very out of place, and the horns could use a bit of shading so they aren't just a solid colour.

But that's just me rambling, the dragons are very nice apart from fitting in with the rest.

Its not wise to let sprites go out of the box, it makes them look handicapped IG

besides if the animation is as fast as camerus made it, it won't seem out of places

Youre not understanding what Im saying, the top of the flame in frame 2 exits the box. Name a time where youve ever seen a perfectly flat top of a flame.
