"Gary Hudston got a hold of two awesome mappers with the idea of proposing to his girlfriend via a custom Portal 2 map. He got in contact with Valve with the idea and they liked it so much that they got Ellen Mclain (actual voice actress of GLaDOS in Portal 2) to record custom dialogue for the proposal during the Portal 2 DLC recording sessions. Unfortunately for the internet, this video is just gameplay of the map and Gary didn't want to make anything suspicious by recording his girlfriend's reaction. She said yes.
