Tharsha is appalled by the recent hostilities in orbit and condemns them. It has set up an alien anti orbital cannon on it's southern border. This cannon is meant ONLY for Halian vessels. 

Also due to recent trade agreements the Commissariat of Foreign Affairs is diverting metals to The People.

Tharsha's naval factories are done and it has begun a massive overhaul of it's production. In 10 years 2 aircraft carriers, 8 battleships, 10 destroyers, 2 dozen frigates, and 5 nuclear submarines.

The research on cloning is almost done and military facilities for cloning an army is underway. Also on the science subject, research on anti-matter has begun. A particle accelerator and main science center is being built in the capital. It will be a pinnacle of learning and allies of Tharsha will be free to make use of it for their science adventures in order to speed any projects along. It will be done in 2 and a half years.

Tharsha's first international airport has been completed.
