Yes, he does suck with that weapon, nice observation that was already stated in the video at least three times.
Sound quality is uter stuff
I don't hear a big problem with the sound quality except a slight echo with Sirherg1's voice. You must have a very sensitive ear drum.
EDIT: I also hear faint static, but it doesn't really interrupt anything.
