Don't start with arrested because technically you weren't arrested because you weren't incarcerated or held in a prison for any amount of time. So you mean you weren't arrested, technically it's a misdemeanor meaning you get a citation, but then again your city might be loving screwed up and you may have actually detained cause I don't have all the details
