I'm wondering how true the show is going to be to the comics. Yeah, there are some major differences but now it's a bit too much. I was disappointed when Dave mentioned D.C, which isn't brought up for a while, and by someone more friendly.

Anyone else chuckle when Dale was told to go find Carl and Hershel and he replied with "I took and bullet AND AN ARROW"  I mean come on, who DIDN'T have the arrow through the knee joke rush through their minds?

What they're doing is building up suspense. There's going to be a mutiny against defacto leader Rick, in which he'll probably kill everyone.



Also, that farm is going to burn to the ground I think. Chances are the other survivors that were with the two he just shot will attack them.

Yeah, I found that out from the Talking Dead. It'll be good to see some more story in the show, but I get cranky if I don't see any zombies dying.

I don't think the producers will stray that far from the comics. If that happens anytime soon, they will just ask Rick to stop making decisions, and instead vote on what they do. Which happens in the comics, but not for a while from where we are in Rick's story.

No matter how many zombie movies or games I see I don't understand how the military gets overrun by zombies.

Zombies are loving slow and can't climb, the military can set up barricades and they have enough ammo to level out a nation.

I don't care much about the backstory for most zombie movies, it's the actual journey I care about. The only zombie game where I understand how the military was overpowered is Left 4 Dead, where the virus is sometimes airborne.

I like how the game has a comic book art style.

Also from looking at images, the only thing it has to do with The Walking Dead is that the comics and the game take place in the same universe. At most, you will probably just cross paths with some minor characters before they cross paths with Rick's group. That way if the game is canon in some way, it won't affect the main story at all.

You guys should hear Andrew Lincoln's (Rick) actual voice. He has a British accent.
