A shuttle fleet consisting of the advanced Dolphin class is being constructed due to startling news from around the world. This ship class can reach slightly over speeds of light by dropping out of real space for short periods, but, only for about 15 minutes. Then the drive needs to cool down for about 4 hours, and at this point the shuttle can go at about mach 8. Hydra space fighters willl follow the shuttles if the evacuation takes place.
