No, it's not too slow. It's a goddamn Anti-Ballistic missile. It's meant to destroy ICBM's. MIRV's are launched IN an ICBM. Look, not everything can go your way. Sometimes you have to lose, okay? I mean, take real countries for example. The U.S. was a superpower during the Cold War, but they got their asses handed to them when they parcipitated in the Vietnamese War!
