I just finished the quest "A Daedra's Best Friend" and when I walked out of Haemar's Shame or whatever it's called, my screen got all dark and blurry and I couldn't access my inventory. Is this supposed to be happening?

I dont think they should have a voice actor for EVERY NPC ever.
That'd be nice, if it were in any way feasible.

they should at least adjust the pitch of lines sometimes.

Im pretty sure before Skyrim was released they said their would be a lot.
But then again, they said that before Oblivion.
I don't think they did say that before oblivion.
And there is a considerable amount of voice actors and I still don't understand how its a concern as it has never affected my deep immersion in the game.

For roleplaying purposes, I choose not to wear Daedric armor if I'm playing a virtuous character. I opt for Dragonbone.
the problem with it is that you have to go through the other side of the smithing tree to get there
rather than the heavy armor side
so if you've got a heavy armor sorta character, oh well I guess
unless you get that mod that connects the sides anyway
For example, the ever popular arrow to the knee phrase is EXACTLY the same for each voice. Why didn't they change it up a little? It would add a bit of variety, and it wouldn't even require another sound file. Different races should also say phrases differently.
pretty sure they do
females and males do, but there are no different guard races as far as I know
I think they're all nords
every shop owner sounds different as far as I can tell, even though they very often say the same lines

every shop owner sounds different as far as I can tell, even though they very often say the same lines
Which reminds I totally love Khajit merchants. Their "Take a look" line is so dawww.

This.
I've also noticed that Skyrim only has like 10 voice actors.
If memory servers Skyrim has 70 voice actors while Oblivion had 10.

I whipped up this .bat to swap between the SKSE and vanilla launcher. You have to rename your launcher files, however.

My magicka bar fills up quickly now because of these 2 items i got from the college of winterhold questline:

Morokei Mask: Magicka regenerates 100% faster. Obtained after defeating the dragon priest Morokei during the Staff Of Magnus quest.

Archmage's Robes: 15% reduction on all spells cast, +50 magicka, magicka regenerates 100% faster. Obtained after finishing the The Eye Of Magnus quest.

These have become very helpful ever since i got them. i been using spells a lot then, mostly destruction spells such as firebolt.

Huh. I had some cheat items on my mage that totaled to about 300% regen and 300 magicka. I was still drinking loads of pots.

>Looking for the Arch-Mage during a college of winterhold quest i forgot about.
>Goes outside.
>Blood Dragon attacks the college.
>Are you loving kidding me?

I have 2 dead dragon corpses in the Winterhold College yard.

an ancient dragon attacked winterhold, and I didn't want to deal with it at the time, so I went into a house, waited for a few hours, then left
since he for some reason started a bit away, I could fast travel away then
so I did

then I went there again
still didn't feel like dealing with him

and again
and again
etc.

he can still be seen flying in circles around the college from a safe distance

I've got 4 corpses in the college, and one fell into the waters below. I disabled them with the console because they got in the way.
