lol one exploit I found to buy a house is to talk to the steward and agree to buy the house, then tab quickly and hide the gold. You still need 5000 gold though.

i'm gonna wait until i can put 2 enchantments on one item first though, and buy some more black soul gems to fill, and maybe use some items that increase the enchantment effect. if those exist. do they?
