Guys I need help in Oblivion.

The quest "Deliver the Amulet" isn't showing up and when I talk to Jauffre it doesn't give me the option to give him the amulet.

Probably on the PC version. If you're on console then no.

If you're on PC, open the console and type "setstage MQ02 50" without quotes.

It worked, but now I have the amulet of kings in my inventory, and I can't drop it.

They've been doing that with Morrowind in Oblivion, but they did it from scratch.
